The Compensation Plan

As an independent consultant with Rodan+Fields, you have the ability earn 5 ways:

• • Retail profits
  • Sales Commissions
  • Personal Team Commissions
  • Executive Overrides
  • Bonus and Incentives

RETAIL PROFITS – you’ll earn 25% on all retail purchases made on your personal website

SALES COMMISSIONS – you’ll earn up to 15% commission on all Preferred Customer purchases

PERSONAL TEAM COMMISSIONS – you’ll earn a 10-15% commission on your personal team volume

EXECUTIVE OVERRIDES – as you grow your organization and promote in title, you’ll earn 5% on your organizational volume up to 6 generations (not levels) deep

BONUSES AND INCENTIVES – you’ll have the ability to earn our Fast Start Program bonus, reward trips and the newest company incentive – a Lexus car allowance
